Put simply Refurb Solutions is a specialist refurbishment company dealing in the refurbishment and maintenance of all types of commercial and industrial buildings.
95% of our projects are carried out by our own labour. This means we are equipped and ready to deal with jobs of any size and complexity in-house.

Our client list ranges from big blue chip clients such as Matsui Babcock PLC, Mitie engineering and Rolls Royce through to smaller local businesses.
Working in partnership with the UK's leading cladding manufacturers – Ward Insulated Panels and Kinspan – we ensure that the latest products, techniques and building technology and design are utilised.
What do we do?
Our typical contracts include:
- Strip and Re-cladding
- Give your building a makeover – You can transform the aesthetic appeal of the building as well as its thermal qualities, therefore not only increasing its appearance and value but also reducing its running costs.
- Over Cladding works
- Solve problematic roof leaks with the minimal of disruption to your daily operations by over-cladding with new sheeting.
- Asbestos Removal / Disposal
- Make your workplace a brighter and healthier place to be by removing all asbestos and replacing with new cladding, bonded asbestos cement cladding can be safely removed and disposed at less cost than you might think.
- Flat to Pitch Roof Conversions
- Cure the ongoing problem of that flat roof leak by assembling a pre-fabricated lightweight structure over the existing flat roof to form a new pitched roof, curing the problem once and for all.
- Roof Lift
- Gain a first floor or simply create more storage space without the need to move premises, we can lift the roof on your existing building to create space or to enable the installation of a new mezzanine floor for offices.
- Maintenance Works
- Refurb Solutions Ltd has a staff dedicated to all aspects of maintenance works including, Roof repairs, Rooflight replacement, Gutter Leaks and Pro-active maintenance. We offer a service to give you added reassurance; our pro-active maintenance team will perform annual visits and inspections to ensure that problems are solved before they occur.
- New Build
- With a dedicated design / detailing team, our own fabrication facilities and dedicated workforce, we can undertake all types of new build work, from supply only through to full turn key projects. We benefit from our own design and build workforce that employs all the necessary trades required to undertake a full project from Foundation works to steelwork and through to Landscaping on projects up to £1milion pounds.
Health & Safety is paramount to our operation and our investment in our people benefits our clients. All our operatives are trained and certified in the following areas:
- Safety net rigging
- Scissor lift/Mechanical boom
- Telehandler/forklift operation
- CITB Health & Safety Testing
They are also CSCS carded to prove occupation competence.
The main objectives of the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) are to 'get quality up, accidents down and cowboys out' and this is one of the mainstays of our company policy.
