Refurbishment can make a huge difference to your premises. These are just some examples of industrial and commercial building refurbishment projects that we have recently undertaken, which demonstrate how we can add value to your property and to your proposition to customers

Project: Neachalls Lane, Wednesfield

Title: Industrial Building Refurbishment

We were contracted to completely overhaul this commercial unit. In particular we demolished the low level roof structure, strip bonded the asbestos cement cladding and re-instated with insulated twin skin cladding including formation of new windows and doors.

Project: Rhodes Way, Watford.

Title: Industrial Building Refurbishment

This project involved the removal and disposal of bonded asbestos cement cladding from an existing vacant 1970’s building in Watford. The existing structure was then painted and re-clad with Ward’s Insulated Composite Panels to the roof area and traditional built up insulated silver vertical cladding to the perimeter of the building to meet current cladding standards

The value of refurbishments
A good refurbishment can render your property almost unrecognisable and add huge value, not just in monetary terms but also in future business and staff morale.

Project: Sinfin, Derby

Title: Commercial Building Refurbishment.

This existing building was assigned to a change of use by the owners, but was in much need of an urgent upgrade. Refurb Solutions stripped and disposed of all cladding materials and re-instated with new twin skin insulated cladding to enable this disused building to become a new office / storage area for the proposed business expansion.

Project: Stafford

Title: Commercial Building Refurbishment.

The owner of this site had budgeted for a complete cladding and internal fit out of the building for the development of his growing business. The old bonded asbestos cladding was removed and replaced by a Ward’s insulated Composite panel Cladding system. Mezzanine floors were installed to enable a three storey office area including staff training centre and conference suites.
